BEFORE RENTING OUT AN OUTFIT, IT IS ASSUMED THAT ALL CLIENTS HAVE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:​

1. Before renting out an item, you will need to send a form of ID so that I can contact you if you are not responding on social media

​

2. If you want to rent out an item/s you shall either hand me cash in person when picking up the outfit or transfer me money BEFORE I post the outfit or it is picked up. If you do decide to transfer the money, I will need proof that the money has been transferred which means I will need a screenshot of the payment receipt as evidence.

​

3.When you return the outfit, please do not try and wash or clean the item, I would rather you contact me about the damage especially if it is just a small stain. No additional costs shall be added to the hire price if it's small and easily fixable.

4. If the item is returned damaged beyond repair the customer is to pay 100% of the RRP within 14 days of the rental.

​

5. You MUST return the item within two days after the event you rented it for, otherwise you will have to pay additional fees for every extra day you keep it for (as other girls may want to rent out that item but cannot as it has been held on to for too long by another client).

​

6. Try-ons are welcome but as soon as you pay to rent out the dress and you realise after the dress doesn't fit properly no refunds will be accepted.

​

7. If you rent out an outfit, you are NOT allowed to let anyone else wear it in the meantime as we have had dresses ruined from experiences like that, if you do they will also have to pay to rent it out during the same time that you did.
